Ulysses notes: Dealing with sheet dates

I use Ulysses to do most my writing, and as much as I like the user interface it has a tendency to bury things in odd ways. One example: how to display the various dates related to a sheet (i.e. created, modified, published).

Thankfully, while searching for something else in their documentation , I came across a document (or here in case the original disappears) about how to adjust the creation date for a sheet. This document describes how to turn on the display of dates in the Dashboard sidebar in order to be able to adjust the creation date of a sheet.

It also shows the published date for a document if you're using Ulysses built-in document publishing to various blog platforms. One thing I've done when using other Markdown-based editors like iA Writer is to put the published date in YAML front matter in the document. I had intended to do something similar here if required but I am pleased to see that I don't have to spend extra time doing that.

I ran across something I wanted to share about using iA Writer's built-in Ghost publishing. I found out that while Writer's publishing to Ghost is pretty bare bones it does support setting the title of the post multiple ways: 1. The title can be set by
