There are no problems, only situations

Love this quote from "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle:

Ultimately, this is not about solving your problems. It’s about realizing that there are no problems. Only situations — to be dealt with now, or to be left alone and accepted as part of the “isness” of the present moment until they change or can be dealt with.

Seems a bit glib on first read. Of course there are problems! But give it a bit more thought and you'll see that he's right. It also feels to me to be much healthier to think this way vs. looking at everything as a problem. Problems have a very negative connotation to them (in the sense he is using the term). We should want to be in a better mindset when tackling situations that need tackling as it makes them easier. And frankly we all need a bit less negativity in our lives!
