Searching for a social media cross-poster

One of the things I want to be able to do is cross-post to my two social media accounts and, most importantly, not be able to browse the timelines.

Right now OpenVibe is the thing most people mention because it posts to both Bluesky and Mastodon and it's free (for now anyhow). It does not fit my criteria however because it also shows the timelines. I don't want this.

Croissant for iOS and macOS fits the bill but in my past usage it was pretty buggy. It seemed like half the time when I tried to post there would be a failure to post to at least one of the services. It's not cheap either with a lifetime buy at $59.99. Not willing to spend that much money yet on an app with no track record.

Drafts has some cross-posting scripts I could use as well. The problem here is that it's only text posts. Not the fault of Drafts, it's a text app but I do like to cross-post images as well.

micro.blog is also an option I should probably look into again. Cross-posting is one of it's reasons for existence and it pretty much covers everything I would want. It's also free for cross-posting if I remember correctly.

It's a bit disappointing the lack of options. I have Thoughts™️ to share from time to time but I don't want to engage with the timeline. I probably need to look at Croissant again and just pay for a month and see if it's improved. micro.blog will also be on the list again.

It's all politics now
