@pratik you are 100% correct on all fronts. And honestly I didn't find the presentation cringe at all, I loved it ;) I appreciated it (frankly was shocked at how good the Apple crew was at acting) but I know many (most?) people want to hear about the new phones, not a 30 minute thing on the environment. Suspect that maybe had they switched the order around a bit it might not have been so polarizing.
